Bulava is 100% volunteer run and organized. None of our board or volunteers receive any sort of compensation for their contribution or work for Bulava. Our volunteers are all working professionals who have full time jobs, but have made Bulava, and helping Ukraine a priority.

Overhead costs include our operational costs. These funds will be used to:

• pay our lease for our warehouse for the humanitarian aid we collect and send

• pay for our liability insurance

• pay for gas to deliver humanitarian aid to its shipping points

• pay for our licenses and vendor fees for events
