John Hamilton has volunteered to teach a lower-intermediate/intermediate English classes for Ukrainians in the Washington, DC, area. The goal of the class will be to improve pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, phrasing, and general fluency.

The focus will be on skills to help find employment and make social and professional connections in the American community.

John is a retired U.S. diplomat with expertise in European and Middle Eastern policy. He served for many years at U.S. embassies and missions in several NATO countries, including Turkey. He now does business development for A&T and lives in Tysons Corner, Virginia. He has an interest in cultural and outdoor activities, including biking and hiking.
